    How to sign up on Tradeshift

    The process of signing up on Tradeshift is slightly different, depending if your customer has invited you to join Tradeshift or you are creating an account on your own.  



    If your customer has contacted you about using Tradeshift, then you need to wait for their invitation to activate your account. Once you receive the email invitation, click on the activation button to get started. It is very important that you wait to receive the registration email in order to trigger the registration process. This will ensure that you are connected to your customer from the beginning with the correct set-up. Click here for more information about how to activate your account and get started.  


    If you are creating an account on your own, go to the Tradeshift web application, and click "Sign up" under the login box. You will be asked to enter some information about your company, including the name, country, size and industry type (optional). Please note that it is not possible to edit your account country once it is created.  


    On the following screen, choose your login credentials; enter your full name, email address and password. You can also choose your account language and review Tradeshift's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The information chosen here can be edited later.  


    After signing up, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain a link – click on it to complete the activation process and you will be taken to your Tradeshift account.
