If your company has enabled the Two Factor Authenticator, you will have to access the log in page on the Tradeshift platform to set it up by following the steps below:

• Upon logging into the platform, you will be presented with two options: Set up the Two Factor Authentication token using a standard Software Token App such as VIP Access, OKTA 2FA, Google Authenticator by scanning the QR Code or Skip the setup.

• If you choose to set the 2FA now, please access one of the above apps and add the secret token or scan the QR Code.

• The chosen app will provide a code. Please add the code in the designated field and click on the Sign in and Complete Setup button.

  
  
  

Upon logging into the Tradeshift platform again, you will be asked to provide a verification code. Access your chosen app and copy and paste the code indicated to log in.

If you have lost access to your device, the Company Admin can reset the 2FA via the Users App by navigating to the specific user and clicking on the Reset 2FA button. Upon logging into the Tradeshift platform again, the user will have to set up the 2FA again following the steps indicated above.
